Cancellations or Changes to Order
Please notify us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. Once production begins, changes are not possible.
Refunds and Returns
We stand by our products. We offer a 14-day return policy on all non customized items, starting from the time you receive the product. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us at contact@vanburenwoodcraft.com. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days once we receive the item.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order. If you find defects, damage, or the wrong item, contact us immediately. For damaged items notify us immediately and keep all original packing materials. We will request photos for insurance purposes and send you a return label if needed.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused , and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
